Shops browse active customer service requests in their geographic radius and submit competitive bids. EasyOtto includes **Otto AI**, an intelligent automotive diagnostic assistant powered by Google Gemini models, integrated with **WebMCP (Web Model Context Protocol)** for authenticated in-browser AI tools.

### WebMCP In-Browser AI Tools:
1. `get_scheduled_appointments`: Fetches all scheduled appointments, shop address, appointment date/time, and booking status for the customer.
2. `get_shop_chat_messages`: Fetches direct chat thread between the customer and winning repair shop for an awarded request.

6. `get_customer_vehicles`: Fetches logged-in customer's saved vehicle garage (Year, Make, Model, VIN, current mileage).
7. `build_service_request_draft`: Pre-fills structured service requests from natural language symptom input into the client session state.

## 3. Marketplace Trust & Privacy Rules

1. **Contact Information Masking:** The driver's personal email and phone number are strictly hidden/masked from repair shops while requests are being browsed and bid on. Contact details are revealed ONLY after the driver accepts a shop's bid.
2. **Escrow Lead-Award System:** When a customer accepts a bid, the shop's lead-award fee is held securely in escrow until service completion.
3. **No-Show Reimbursement:** If a customer fails to show up for an awarded appointment, the shop is fully reimbursed for the lead fee.
